Limited Lifetime Warranty:
We design products to provide years of dependable service under normal use in climate controlled indoor environments. Rothrock Furniture Company warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
In this warranty, “defects” are defined as imperfections which impair the function or structural integrity of the product. We use very high quality plywood material to produce our products. Color and grain variation in natural wood products are not considered defects and are desirable attributes of the products. The finish may darken or lighten over time and is not covered by this warranty.
This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to customer damage, alteration, improper cleaning, commercial use, or routine wear. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property that may result from improper use or assembly.
What constitutes damage?
Damage includes dents, scratches, scrapes, splitting, abrasions, marks or material swelling left by water or other liquids, marks left by writing implements, deterioration from cleaning agents, or other damage as a result of using or storing furniture outside of a climate controlled environment.
If the product was damaged during shipping, please notify email@example.com within three days.
If you changed your mind, we'll issue a full refund minus the return shipping. Use the shipping materials that were originally used to ship the furniture. If you have discarded them, you are responsible for finding replacement shipping materials. Ensure that the product is carefully re-packed and ship it back to us. You must notify us of your intent to return any products at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and obtain a Return Authorization.
If the product was damaged by the customer, unfortunately it is not eligible for return. Any damage as a result of a customer's inadequate packing or return shipping damage will result in a non-issuance of a refund.
If you are returning a product because of shipping damage or because of a warranty claim, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization.
